Privacy policy

This policy explains how Edmund J Peng ("I", "me") handles personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Free tools

The free tools, including the Simple QR Generator for PayNow, run entirely in your browser. The mobile numbers, UENs, names, amounts and references you type are not sent to me or stored by me. Share links keep their details after the "#" in the address, which browsers do not send to the server.

What I collect

• Emails you send me: your name, email address and whatever you choose to include, used to reply and to provide services you ask for.
• Client project data: handled only as needed to deliver the project, as agreed in writing.
• Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. I receive your name, email and order details, but never your full card number.
• Hosting logs: the website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers.

Sharing

I don't sell personal data. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the business (such as email, hosting and payment providers), or where required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use, by emailing hello@drawstringai.com. I'll respond as soon as reasonably possible and within the time the PDPA requires.
