Refund policy

Automation projects

Each project has a written quote setting out the scope, price, payment schedule and what counts as done. If I can't deliver what the quote describes, you won't pay for the undelivered part, and any deposit for it is refunded. Work already delivered and accepted is not refundable.

Digital products

If a digital product doesn't work as described and I can't fix it, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@drawstringai.com with your order details and a short description of the problem.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
